The main reason is the bad food diet and another reason is people do not do exercise and their typical daily jobs are in front of the computers, leading them to have an unhealthy life. There are different types of exercise people can do such as walking, joining a gym and playing some sports such as swimming, playing football, and any types of physical sport.
